Hello,

I have two access tables: one with approx. 500,000 records
and another with approx. 400,000 records -- both with the
same column headers - so they are essentially identical in
format. I am trying to combine these two tables into one
table. Is there another way to do this other than copy and
paste, because you can only copy and paste 65,000 records
at a time. How would I set up my query or a macro to do
this?

Have you tried an append query? i don't think there is a
maximum you need to worry about here.
