Tables in a word templete?

I have a table in a word templete that has for rows. What if the user needs
more rows, how can I fix it so that the users can tab to the next row if
needed? Also how will set that up with the text form field button?

This is complex. It is not about tables, or even templates, although you are
using tables and may be using a template. It is about what Word calls an
"online form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Once you have read at least the first two of Dian Chapman's articles, write
back. If you are willing to do some vba coding, someone will step you
through the process.
