I'm creating a form that contains a table of 5 columns and 5 rows. Within
some of the table cells are a check box or a text box. The prompting
sequence is across row 1 first then down to row 2 and all across it, etc. I
need the prompting sequence to be DOWN all of column 1 first, then down
column 2, etc.

How do I get Word to do the prompting in this sequence?

Thanks,

This would require a macro. I believe you'll find macro code for changing the
tabbing sequence of form fields on word.mvps.org
