table of contents - line leader

I'm typing a table of contents and cannot find the "line leader" feature, the
one that automatically sets the dots from the the end of the content to the
page number and makes it all align beautifully along the right side of the
page. I do not want to use right justification, and I don't want to type in
the dots by hand. Is there a shortcut? There is in word perfect, but the
correlation is not on the w/p help for word.
 
There is no such thing in HTML.
