Tab Page!!

Hi All, I want to create a tabular form on top of each other, for e.g. the
way you get in Active Directory Users Properties or Windows XP My Computer
Properties.
Which settings will let me do it? Or do I have to create inherited control
or what? Its pretty straight forward to create a horizontal tabular page.
