tab forms and adding controls to my tab form

I have two problems when I create tab forms. My first question is I have
created a form and now I added a "tab form", but the controls already in the
form (design view) cannot be moved to the "tab form". I tried to drag them
but it does not work, how can I move my controls to the tab form? My second
question is everytime I create commands in the tab form, the name of the
control appears, but the options for this control do not appear, it just says
"unbounded" How can I fix this problems?

I'm not quite sure that I understood the second question, but if you select
the newly created control and then select Properties from the View menu,
does that solve the problem?
