Tab for Help, Online Support links to old ISP

When is click the IE "Help" tab, "Online Support" leads to an old ISP. I
have Windows XP, SP2. How can I get it to link to the correct ISP?
 
I downloaded the software but could not find the Internet/Online_Help line
they recommended changing. It is frustrating! Thanks for the suggestion and
idea.

No added software is needed to make this change. You can edit the registry
yourself. Go to Start....Run, type in "regedit", click okay.

Navigate to this key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Help_Menu_Urls]
Online_Support - change the string value to the URL you want.

Type this command in Start/Run:

rundll32 iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs
