I get an error message on start up which appeared "out of the blue" one day.
If anyone has any information regarding this message and how it can be
avoided / rectified it would be much appreciated.

message is;

Systray.exe unable to located component

SISAP.COM not found

It then suggests a reload of the application..........(WHAT APPLICATION???)

I suspect malware (virus, trojan, spyware ..?) There are 2 systray.exe
- one is the genuine, one is a trojan

Google is your friend.

That is what I thought, but have run the latest versions of Adaware and
Symantec virus corporate edition and they did not pick up anything!

Symante virus is next to useless for trojans

Is adaware up to date?

Download and run Spybot S&D (a freebie)

Run a (free) scan from trendmicro website (altho that won't clean, it
might confirm what you should be looking for)

D/l and run Windows Defender
