systemworks found pgm error

Norton System Works found the following error

"C:\Program File\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional RunTime\0701\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe
cannot access a necessary file "mscoree.dll

What do I need to do to correct this?

The missing "mscoree.dll" file is really not missing, and you don't
have a problem with Windows XP or Norton System Works.
You have to go to windows update and download the update called ".NET
Framework."
Once you've installed it check it again with Norton and it should be
fixed
