I was trying to fix a connection problem with my IE where
it won't connect no matter what I do even though my overall
internet connection was still intact. I saw a patch in the
IE area saying it fixes a proxy server problem between lan
connections, and since I'm running on one, I figured that
would be the problem. Turns out that it has no effect on
repairing my IE problems but intstead those 400kb of patch
just knocked out my whole systems sound and has put my
computer into a continuous perfomance mode look. Does
anyone know how to reverse the q818060 patch b/c I've asked
almost every single person I know
