hello,
I have a friend who is unable to open Help&Support from the main start-menu.
this is because the choice Help&Support is simply missing
is there a possibility with a script that would open the sustemrestore
window ??

Run the following from Start>Run:

%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

There are several ways. Start > Run: MSCONFIG > General tab.
