Often when I boot my computer I get the following
Communication Alert from my McAfee Antivirus:
A program has tried to access the Internet
Name: Application Layer Gateway Service v5.1.2
Path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\alg.exe
I have so far denied access because I don't know what it
is but I wondered wether it is an update to part of my OS.
I would be grateful if you could throw some light on this
matter
