system32 on startup, fixes not working

I read about the fixes to the system32 folder opening on
startup (deleting, null registry keys)- and that has not
worked. What next?!?!

..Using Regedit, change the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENT
VERSION\WINLOGON Change USERINIT from
C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe
to C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe
