System32/manage.exe

Can I delete an infected application file from system32 without compromising
my system? Download.trojan is attached to C:\WINDOWS\system32\manage.exe Is
there a way to delete the trojan without deleting this file assuming it is
necessary for my system? thanks!

manage.exe is *not* an XP file. I would think that this may *be* the
trojan.

free “hidden pornography” scanner from PuritySCAN.com. ...is a total
scam and downright dangerous.
