System32 Folder poping up on log on

Hello,

I've already tried the the KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q170086
and this did not work.
I've also tried removing every startup entry in
HKCU_RUN and HKLM_RUN and all entries in Global Startup
and still it pops up on startup. Little help please.

Although I don't have an audigy installed, I did still try it.
No luck.

Mark try looking here:
Start/run/msconfig then click on the startup tab, scroll down and look for a
line with /L:ENG in it, unclick that then click ok, restart the computer.

Also go back in regedit and try this:

Look in the registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion. There
are probably several lines to this, including "Run", "RunOnce",
"RunServices", etc.

Find an individual key which has no value loaded, but just a
set of double quotation marks ( "" ). Delete only this one key, exit,
and re-boot.
