System32 Folder Opens at Win XP startup

Greetings,

On my Dell laptop with Win XP Home, the System32 Folder
opens at startup. This is annoying. I made a change in
the registry in the light of MS Knowledge-Base Article
170086, but this didn't solve the problem. Any
suggestion? I also unchecked everything in Startup (with
msconfig) that looks suspicious.
