Whenever I start WinXP Pro, (4-gig processor, 1-gig ram, 120 gig HD),
system32 is loaded. I went into the Regestry to look for null entries and
found none. Ran Registry Mechanic (Latest edition) and problem still exists.
Disable TSR's through msconfig start menu. Ran McAfee virus scan along with
Adaware and Spybot, Have MS defender and scaned with it. Can not figure out
what issue is.

Any Help?

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
