system32\autoexec.nt error

When i turn on the computer....i get and error message
containg " C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt does not
support dos or this application" close or ignore.....i
cannot get to the dos window for service...What can i do?

Just search for it on your HD and you will find it in the repair dir.
copy it back to thr system32 dir. After copy set it to READONLY so it
wont be deleted again!! this is just a workaround untill you find out
why this is happening!
