System.Web.Mail is not there.

Greetings. I'm trying to configure mail in my Visual Studio 2003 Academic
Version using a Windows service with C#. When I try using System.Web., I
have no option for Mail. When I enter it anyways, I get a compile error.
Anyone know why I do not have System.Web.Mail available?
