Sorry to repost. I can't see it from here but did find it by "Find Message"
so some may be seeing this twice.

I keep the Icons (shortcuts) for the programs I use frequently in my System
Tray. Somehow I have added a top row in that area making my System Tray two
rows. How can I reconfigure it back to one row? Thanks.

Right click on the taskbar and uncheck 'lock taskbar.'
Hold the cursor over the top edge of the taskbar, a double-headed
arrow will appear. Drag the taskbar holding down the left mouse button
till it has only one row.

Right-click on the taskbar and check 'lock taskbar.'

Good luck
