When I go to Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs and then select Add/Remove Windows components I get the message that 'comnt5.inf' is missing. Since I don't have the installation disc [the manufacturer did not include one] how do I solve the problem?
 
Without a disk of some kind you're SOL.

The manufacturer owes you a disk.

Thanks. I was hoping there was some way I could go to an MS web page and download the particular file and then install it.
