system time clock update

I have just tried to update my system clock by clicking the update button in
date and time properties and received the following message "The time sample
was rejected because:
The peer's stratum is less than the host's stratum"

Can anybody help?
 
Use this time server: time-c.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
Evidently microsoft's server is having problems.
