system startup problem

hi what is happening is when i start my computer and loggin it cums up
with a scrpit which shuts the computer down if i dont clikc the x
button quick enuf what do i need, 2 do i have tryed every thing, ime
thinking the only option is 2re-fromat and start egen

any advice would help

Since you haven't told us the exact wording of the error message or what
you have already tried, you can't get a specific answer. Generally, the
first step is to scan for viruses and malware with updated tools in
Safe Mode.

Get all necessary tools and updates from a different, known-clean
computer that has a cd burner (or have a usb thumbdrive with enough
capacity to transfer the files).
