system spike

I have just installed a w2K webserver. Everything was
fine for about a week. Then the system got very slow. I
checked the processor performance in the task manager and
it is aways at 25-30% will no one is connected to it. In
addition, there are spikes that go up to 85-90% every 20
seconds or so....I need help...

Sort the processes tab by CPU utilisation. What process is utilising the
most CPU resources (aside from System Idle Process)?
