System shutdown

why do i get this system shutdown dialog with this msg
from my pc everytime i log into the internet? "windows
must now restart bbecause the remote procedure call (RPC)
service terminated unexpectedly" i have no idea why dis
is happening coz my pc was working properly lastnight
before i shutted my computer down. can u please help me
with this problem.. thank you.
 
I admire your patience JJ. Same response over and over and over . . .
Excellent advice for anyone who hasn't kept their critical updates and
firewall current. Good for you!
