System Shutdown----HELP!!!!!

I am having a recurring problem with my computer and hope someone here
can help me fix the problem.

My computer will display the following error message and then shut
down. I have reformatted the hard drive and still I have the same
problem... Please advise with any help.

Here is the error message:

System Shutdown

This program was installed by NT Authority \ System. Windows must now
restart because the Remote Procedure call (RPC) terminated
unexpectedly.

Then there is a :60 second countdown clock and then the computer
shutsdown and reboots.

Any advise would greatly be appreciated.

Greetings --

If you connected the PC to the Internet without having first
enabled a firewall, without having first installed an antivirus
application with current virus definition files, and before installing
the KB828471 Hotfix, you're very likely to get infected from any of
the thousands of PCs on the Internet that are constantly broadcasting
the Blaster and/or Welchia worms. It only takes a few seconds of
exposure.

To stay on-line long enough to get the necessary updates, patches,
and removal tools, click Start > Run, and enter "shutdown -a" when the
next RPC countdown begins. This will abort the shut down. Also, make
sure you've enabled a firewall before starting, to preclude any more
intrusions while getting the updates/patches/tools.

Blaster or Welchia worm see www.symantec.co.uk

to stay on the net long enough to do this hit CTRL/ALT/DEL and
terminate the suspect running process
