system shut down

Operating Windows XP Prof. on Compac EVO N1000v and the
system shuts down without error message or notice.
Sometimes while printing others with no tasks being
performed. Viewed Event Viewer in Admin Tools and found
an error and warning message posted at the same time the
system turned off.
Source W32time.. The time provider NtpClient was unable
to find a domain controller to use as a time source.
NtpClient will try again in 30 minutes. The time provider
NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more
time sources, however none of the sources are currently
accessible. No attempt to contact a source will be made
for 30 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time.
Please advise..Thanks
 
I am having the same problem. Also I cannot bring the
system up in Safe Mode. Any suggestions yet?
