system settings protection

When I get to my desktop a system settings protection
comes up that says:
error signature
appname:teatimer.exe appver1.31.10modname.kernel.dll
modver:5.1.2600.1106 offset:0001 3887
File C:\docume~/\barbar~\~locals~\~temp\wer8.tm[.dir00
\appcompat.txt

What does this mean. I have microsoft discs that came
with my Dell computer, which disc do I install.

Tea Timer is a part of the new version of Spybot Search and Destroy.
It protects overall system settings. You can go to tools..resident and
disable it there.
