System restore

i am having a majour problem turning on system restore, my brother accepted
an msn virus called fatso.a and i have managed to get rid of it but it has
left my computer security programs wrecked i think i can manage most of it
but i cant seem to switch on system restore. it says "turned of by group
policies. please contact domain administrator". i would like to know if
anyone knows a way to turn system restore back on because i dont have a
system restore tab within "my computer" properties. i would be entirnely
greatful for an answer from comeone.

It doesn't sound like your computer is completely clean. Here is a link
