I would like to do a system restore to a date in February
2004. There is a restore feature on my computer with a
little calendar. I can go one month back on the calendar
but no more. There is a feature to create a resore point
but that is to create a point to restore to today. How
can I resore further back?

Hi ... First you need to make a restore point to go back
to it and to do this you need to go to start >>> all
programs >>> Accessories >>> system tools >>> system
restore ... There you will have the option to make a
restore point and to go back to a certain day ...

You can't go back any further. You can allocate more space for system
restore to use in the future, then you will be able to retain more
restore points.

If you have no clue what you are talking about, dont bother responding. If
there are no restore points prior to a particular date , the OP cannot just
go create them after the event. Probably he didnt have enough disk space to
go back, or only switched on RP's after the date he needs. Other than
inventing a time machine, he is out of luck.
