system restore

I done a system restore and now im my recycleing bin when i go to clean it
out it asks me if i want to delete windows can i clean it out. what does it
mean? also my Pc is slower then before what can i do

Why did you do a system restore? If it wasn't for a really good reason
and Windows is now running slower I would revert to the original
configuration("undo my last restoration"), which is one of the choices
you get when you run system restore.

Leave the recycle bin alone until after you perform the undo operation.
