System Restore

Can anyone help me? I was informed by my antivirus software I had a bloodhound Packed virus - I read the removal instructions and it said to disable the system restore. My only problem now is that I have enabled it again but I have lost all my system restore points, is there anyway to get them back again??

No, once you turn off and on system restore, those restore points you
had are gone for good.
