System Restore won't open

After a reinstall of xp pro, I can't open System Restore. I get the following message: The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.DLL. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.
 
ive got the same mprob ontop moff not being able to mset up and internet connectio

Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows.
Make sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option
