system restore tab gone

Hi-
Just installed SP2 RC2, and now the system restore tab is gone from
system properties. Even if I start the system restore program through
"Accessories" and click on the "System Restore Settings" link, it brings up
the System applet with the Automatic Updates tab showing.

Help?
