System Restore Points

I am running Windows XP Home and have a question about the system
restore function. I have created and saved a system restore point
with no problem. However, sevreral days after I have tried to recall
that point (or any point created) and none exists. . . . it says to
click on a bold date and no dates are bold. . .what am I doing wrong?.

Can't answer your question as stated, but you should have a second
backup in any event. Frequently recommended here is erunt.zip, a 575K
freeware utility.
