System Restore not working

When I try to do anything with system restore points I
get the message. "rstrui.exe Entry Point not found" - The
proccedure entry point
remoteassistancepreparesystemrestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll"

Re-installing SP-1 did the trick for me. Nothing else suggested in
this ng worked
