System Restore is set to monitor the wrong hard drive on my computer and I can't figure out how to change it

Originally WinXP was installed on a 40Gig drive and when I had a new 200Gig drive installed, the technician moved
WinXP to the new 200Gig drive

Now System Restore in "monitoring" the old 40Gig drive and doesn not even *see* the new 200Gig drive

Also, I set a test restore point and gave it an easy name to remember, but a file search turned up empty

Any idea where restore point files are normally stored on the WinXP system

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

System Restore is set to monitor the wrong hard drive
on my computer and I can't figure out how to change it.

Go to Control Panel -> System, or right click my computer. Click system
restore tab. The rest is self explanatory.

From my experience, system restore is crop. It's good for people that
install and test a lot of software. But other than that turn that thing
off. You can also just turn it on when you going to change your system
configuration.

Control Panel shows System Restore is monitoring the 2nd drive on my system

There is no reference to the primary C: drive, so I don't think I can set a restore poin
on the primary drive
