System Restore disappeared

XP Pro had some trouble with FTP and I "updraged" to XP
again. I have upgraded 4x, but still get an error message
when right-clicking MY COMPUTER: rundll32.exe: The
procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll. In Accessories /
System Tools when clicking System Restore the same
message appears but now initiated from rstrui.exe

have reinstalled WinXP 4x did you format and start clean?
