System restarts after change of maotherboard

Hi to all ! I have a problem with my system. I have windows xp and a i changed my mother and as result my system tries to enter the windows but nothing. It's always restarts. The sure thing is because of the different chipset. I would like to ask if anybody know how operate my windows without making format my pc.

You will have to do a repair install. Boot from the windows xp cd and follow
the prompts. If you search this group you will find lots of posts with
specific info how to repair windows.
