"system properties on start up"

:confused: hello, hope someone can help me out with this littl
problem..every time i reeboot or just switch my pc and everything ha
finished loading up ie norton and other software...for some unknow
reason "system properties" keeps showing up on my desktop?????there ar
no problems in my device manager so why does it keep showing on star
up??? :confused: thanks in advanc

Uninstall anything nortons and see what happens/

ive tried that but it still occurs..???
