system Performance

I would like to know how to access the system performance. NOt by using control, alt, delete, but to where it tells you if you're running at 80%, 90% etc. When I went into the task monitor, it didn't tell me that.

It is Task Manager ( Ctrl+Alt+Del)! You can view this information on the
Processes or Performance tab.
