Everytime I reboot Vista Home Premium I get a box that says Just In Time
Debugging and a message that says "An exception
'System.NullReferenceException' has occurred in CCC.exe" The JIT box offers
no debugging program to run, but my real question is what does all this mean?
I just click cancel and everything seems to run OK, but I do wonder what is
going on. Thanks for your help.

That message means that it's a program error in CCC.exe and the Reference
that the program is looking for in not there and it cannot continue. It has
been aborted.

It sounds like you did an upgrade from XP to Vista or you installed this
application that is not supported in Vista.

Maybe, you did an upgrade from XP to Vista, and it left a version that's not
supported in Vista.

http://www2.ati.com/relnotes/catalyst_71_release_notes.html

This version is supported in Vista.

http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/vista32/common-vista32.html

You need to get on the phone with the application's tech support to find out
what to do.

I did do an upgrade from XP to Vista. What is CCC.exe? If I don't know what
the program is how do I contact their Tech support?

I will go to the links you suggested and let you know how I make out.
Thanks for your response.

I went to support.ati.com and loaded the Vista version of CCC and now all is
well. The computer rebooted with no problems whatsoever. Thanks to everyone
for all your help.
