System Monitor Counters

I am having a problem where my system displays no
performance counters in system monitor. I have ran the
exctrlst.exe and it shows that all system counters are
available. I also review the registry for "Disabled
counters" but have none shown. Thanks for suggestions.
 
Problem Fixed!!!!

Changed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\\Currentver
sion\Perflib

ExtCounterTestLevel Type: Reg_DWORD data

Changed this value from 4 to 1
