Does anyone know how I can stop this programme deleting my bank details? I
have to re input to long numbers every time I log into my bank as well as
the password ever since using SMP
 
Uninstall it. The old version 3 was okay the new one is pure
crap and will cause innumerable problems...my opinion. Others
may disagree.

Have you setup the program to remove data from forms and passwords. I never
used the program myself but it sounds like its cleaning data.

Uninstall it.
