system is getting two icons for the NetZero in the quick launch b

my system is showing two icons for the same program(NetZero) in the quick
launch bar.i am using Spybot & ad-aware for the spyware/adware.how to destroy
adware/spyware completely.can u suggest a solution for this.

Then right-clicking on one of the Icons and selecting Delete would be a
suggestion.
