System Information not authorized

When I run System information SI opens up but displys the
message "Can't collect information: Access denied to
Windows Managment Instrumentation server on this
computer. Have an Administrtor change your permissions"

I can't seem to figure out where to change the
premissions.

I searched http://groups.google.com/ for this error and got a lot of hits
(correct the spelling of "Management").
