This message welcomes me as the computers' administer every time that my
computers wakes up from Stand By.
(actually it restarts when I try to put it out of stand by!!)
Then explains that the cause of this problem is the vide card ATI RADEON
7000,

I have installed the video card's drives from its CD, and its just fine.....
also computer Restarts when I use Render to Texture in 3d studio Max 5( if
you know what it is) by using Direct 3d.

Also while a game like IGI 2 loads, the same problem happens.....(other
games work really fine)...

I don't know where the problem comes from but I am sure my video card and
its drives work properly.

Thanks.

Are you running Service Pack 1? There is a fix in there
that prevents this error from occurring repeatedly if it
is the same problem.

Also, have you tried reporting the error through the
error reporting dialog? Did you get a response?

Hope this helps,
Derek

It sounds like you may need to reflash your BIOS in order
to get that video card to work. Check the homepage for
that card and see what they have to say and then check to
see what board you're running.

Hi Tony,

Use one of the three options.

Right Click the My Computer Icon/Properties/Advanced/
Performance/Settings/Advanced/Change. Set Page File to 0, ok your way out
and reboot. Then follow the same procedure and reset the Page File to
System Managed File.

Right Click the My Computer Icon/Properties/Advanced/
Performance/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change/No Page File. Reboot. Then
delete C:\Pagefil.Sys then revert the page file setting.

Right Click the My Computer Icon/Properties/Advanced/
Performance/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change. Set the swap file size to zero,
reboot. Re-set to System Managed, reboot. Reset the Custom setting,
reboot.

Driver on CD is WAY out of date, goto ATI website and download latest
driver.
