system freezing

my computer randomly just stops. i could be using the mouse on the desktop moving to click on an icon and it just stops. no noise no beeping no error messages it just stops i have no clue why can someone help me ppppllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaasssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeee please?

Things to try:

Check hard drive for errors (incl. bad sectors).

Check Event Viewer (Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer) for possible errors.

Overheating can cause system freezing. Remove left cover and using
compressed air , blow out all fans , inlets / outlets and remains
components. Repost if problem persists. Jym
