System folders

Hi, I accidentally removed the \History.IE5 folder from the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\History folder. Is there a solution to get this system folder back without reinstalling the OS.

The folder will be recreated automatically when next needed. The contents
are gone for good.
