System folders in Shortcuts

Using Outlook 2003, a few months ago I managed to add folders and
programs from my C: drive to the Shortcuts pane in Outlook, like my
C:\Templates folder, and Notepad, and a few other things. Now, I
cannot remember how I did it, and I'd like to add some more. Drag and
drop doesn't work. How do you do it?

Ah, sheesh. My buddy showed me, and yes, it's drag and drop. You just
have to drop it *right on* the word Shortcuts for it to work, not
somewhere in the window.
